How Do I Find My Policy Documents and ID Cards?

After you purchase travel insurance, you’ll receive confirmation emails with your policy details and ID cards. If you don’t see them, here’s where to check and how to get replacements.

✈️ Mission Trip Travelers (TripArmor Plans)

ID cards are sent by email from noreply@missiontripinsurance.com.
Group Purchases: The team leader receives an email with a link to download the entire group’s ID cards.
Individual Purchases: If an email address was provided for a traveler, that person will receive their own ID card email directly.

👉 Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the message.

🌍 IMG Plans (Certificate Numbers Starting with “TC”)

You’ll receive a Declaration of Insurance email from donotreply@imglobal.com.
That email includes links to your:
- Policy documents
- ID cards
- Coverage details
You can also look them up at the IMG Member Portal using your certificate number (starts with “TC”) and insured name.

👥 AMAC Members & TripWise Plans

You will receive two emails after purchase:
1. A purchase confirmation email with your ID card from noreply@insuranceconsultantsintl.com
2. A follow-up email from Travel Insured International with your:
  - Policy declarations
  - ID cards
  - Full plan wording PDF
If either email is missing, check your spam/junk folder or contact us to resend.
